VoR Wicklow Launch
Last month Val Ward and I helped to launch the Voices of Recovery in Wicklow at the East Coast Regional Drugs and Alcohol Task Force conference.
For me, the outstanding feature of this event was bringing the medical view (Prof Frank Murray), the research view (Anne Doyle) and the community view (Paula Leonard) into such a wide and respected group of stakeholders. Working together I believe we can change the world of alcohol harm and bring some added value to the national debate and other related public health issues.
