After receiving my International Executive MBA, I knew Vlerick Business School was something special. Not only does it encourage online learning, but excels in bringing together talented industry leaders from all corners of the world.
Since becoming the Alumni Country Lead for Ireland, I realised how much Vlerick practice what they preach. By creating spaces for the Alumni to gather, they provide ideal opportunities to network and explore new ways to create organisations with purpose.
Alumni Celebration in Dublin
The topic at this year’s Vlerick Worldwide Alumni celebration in Dublin, Ireland is “No Light Without Shadow”. Diversity and inclusion in our organisations have never been more important. How can we as leaders respond to societal disruption with successful and supportive policies, procedures and practices? The keynote speaker is Professor Smaranda Boros, Associate Professor of Intercultural Management & Organisational Behaviour, Vlerick Business School.
I inherently relate to this topic and so will be participating in this Alumni celebration. I hope to see you there for an open and honest conversation about creating inclusive organisations for generations to come.
